We rested for three days from April 30 to May 3, 2018. Great hotel, clean, cozy, well maintained. The rooms have stable good wi-fi. Friendly, caring staff - all demonstrate the desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible, if there are any misunderstandings - they will be resolved in favor of the client. The cuisine is amazing and at very reasonable prices. As a result, we ate only there, the alternatives in the city were less impressive. The clean pool was in working condition already on the days of our visit, with sufficiently warm water 19-20 C. Therefore, we swam in the pool every day, plus there is an estuary nearby at an equal distance - there is generally warm water and the sea. We believe that in Liana, customer orientation, service and comfort are at the highest level, which is not always available in such a combination for the Crimea. Of the wishes - except that the kettle is in the room (now you can ask the administrator, but it happens that everything is disassembled) and a small bedside rug (it's great that the room is without carpet, but in May the tile is a little cold, they put one towel on the floor for the pool, since the room itself and including the floor were very clean) Everything is very cool - thanks to the hotel and the people who make it so wonderful!

The Liana Hotel is the case when all the positive reviews on the website turn out to be true! Our family spent 2 amazing weeks at the hotel. I would like to note the goodwill of the staff, starting with the security and the manager ending with the restaurant staff and maids. Even a strict bartender, no, no, yes, he will smile at the children. Pritani is beyond praise, even 10 minutes before the end of a meal, you can always find something to have a full lunch, breakfast or dinner with. Animation. There's a lot to say here. For my wife and me, the most eloquent thing was that the eldest son left the room at 9 am and came at 10 pm, sometimes with scandals. All minor issues, from the category of everyday, were solved instantly. To summarize. "Liana" is a place that can be safely recommended to friends, and we will do it! And undoubtedly, a place that you want to return to, and we will probably do that too!
